1. Create the Docusaurus repository — done, this site.

2. Define the initial information architecture — done: opportunity, discovery, ecosystem, operations, technology.

3. Create the "Opportunity Thesis" section — done, see opportunity/thesis.md.

4. Create the interview template — done, see interview-template.md.

5. Build the first research agents:

   • Market researcher
   • Interview synthesizer
   • Knowledge curator
   • Contradiction detector

   (roster and role described in collaboration model; none built yet)

6. Start documenting, with real sources:

   • France Forêt 2100
   • Existing restoration players (organizations, competitors)
   • Forest operation workflows (operations)
   • Stakeholder pain points (bottlenecks, via interviews)

7. Set up the public landing page (Next.js, at the repo root) — done, mission + CTA into the knowledge base. Waitlist capture still to come.

8. Gate the private section with Cloudflare Access (Google sign-in) before sharing this site's URL beyond the founding team — runbook at /DEPLOYMENT.md, decision recorded in access-control-todo. This is dashboard/account setup, not something doable from the repo alone.

9. Add waitlist capture to the landing page.
