Synthesized, cross-cutting observations that come out of multiple interviews, research reviews, or direct project observation — as opposed to the raw record kept in discovery/interviews/.

An insight belongs here once it's been seen in more than one source, or is a pattern worth tracking even from a single strong source. Each insight should still follow the claim provenance template and, where it bears on the core thesis, get reflected back into the hypotheses log.
