Private Workspace

This is the working research space behind the public knowledge base: the opportunity thesis, market analysis, interviews, hypotheses, and operational research for the forest restoration operations-orchestration opportunity.

Not access-controlled yet

This section is reachable by anyone who has the URL — there is no login. Don't link to it from anywhere public, and see access-control-todo before this site is deployed anywhere it could be crawled or shared. Treat it as unlisted, not secret.

Reading order

  1. Opportunity thesis — the core hypothesis and why it might be a company.
  2. The key question — what the research program is trying to answer.
  3. Hypotheses log — claims being tested, with evidence and confidence.
  4. Collaboration model — how humans and AI agents contribute to this knowledge base.
  5. Phased stack and next steps — where this goes next.

Working principles

  • Every claim needs provenance. Source, date, author, evidence, confidence, last reviewed. See the claim template.
  • The knowledge base is itself the first prototype. How well we can structure, cross-link, and reason over fragmented forest-restoration knowledge here is a live test of the thesis.
